無(wú)泄漏襯氟磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)泵（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：襯氟磁力泵），是應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代磁力學(xué)原理，利用永磁體的磁力傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)扭矩的無(wú)接觸傳遞的一種新型泵，也就是電機(jī)帶動(dòng)外轉(zhuǎn)子（即外磁鋼）總成旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，通過(guò)磁場(chǎng)的作用磁力線穿過(guò)隔離套帶動(dòng)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子（即內(nèi)磁鋼）總成和葉輪同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，過(guò)流部件全部采用氟塑料（F46）制造，可輸送任意濃（強(qiáng)）度的酸、堿、氧化劑等腐蝕性介質(zhì)，隔離套采用特殊材質(zhì)制造具有高強(qiáng)度的力學(xué)性能，消除了磁力泵存在的磁旋渦流現(xiàn)象，由于介質(zhì)密封在靜止的隔離套內(nèi)，從而達(dá)到無(wú)泄漏輸送介質(zhì)目的，解決了機(jī)械傳動(dòng)泵的軸封泄漏，而設(shè)計(jì)的全密封、無(wú)泄漏、無(wú)污染、耐強(qiáng)酸，振動(dòng)小噪音低的顯著特點(diǎn)，有效節(jié)能的新型耐酸泵。本產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于石油化工、制酸制堿、有色金屬冶煉、汽車(chē)制造的酸洗工藝、稀土分離、農(nóng)藥、染料、醫(yī)藥、造紙、電鍍、污水處理等行業(yè)。
Non-leakage fluorine lined magnetic drive pump (abbreviation: Fluorine-lined magnetic pump) is a new type of pump which applies modern magnetic theory and uses the magnetic drive of permanent magnet to realize the contactless transmission of torque. In other words, when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. All the parts are made of fluorine plastic (F46), which can transport any strong (strong) degree of acid, alkali, oxidizer and other corrosive media. The isolation sleeve is made of special material with high strength mechanical properties, which eliminates the magnetic vortex phenomenon existing in the magnetic pump. Because the medium is sealed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of no leakage conveying medium. To solve the mechanical transmission pump shaft seal leakage, and the design of the full seal, no leakage, no pollution, strong acid resistance, vibration and low noise, the significant characteristics of effective energy-saving new acid pump. This product is widely used in petrochemical industry, acid and alkali manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling process of automobile manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticide, dye, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, sewage treatment and other industries.
